My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, thanks to its unbeatable location just near the city center. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making it a relaxing place to be, although they felt a bit dated and could use some freshening up. While the service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being friendly and others not so much, the dining experience left much to be desired as breakfast was only okay. Additionally, I found it rather surprising that they charged for water in the room, which felt a bit pricey for Albania.
